Cub Scout & Boy Scout Roundtable
The Trailhead District Roundtable is held the first Thursday of each month (except July) at 7pm at Church of the Resurrection, 137th & Roe, east building, lower level. Roundtable is supplemental training for ALL leaders. This is a great place to share ideas, receive the latest district and council information, network with other leaders, and get all your tough questions answered.
Venturing Roundtable
Venturing Roundtable is held on a rotating basis monthly amongst the four Johnson County Districts. Each month there is a topic of discussion to help your Venture Crew have an exciting program and meet other Venturers from around the County. Venturing Youth Officers are also encouraged to attend.
September 2 at 7pm- Hosted by Trailhead District. Church of the Resurrection, 137th & Roe, east building, lower level. The topic will be the 100th Anniversary Centennial Campout.
October 7 at 7pm- Hosted by Trails West District. Community Covenant Church, 15700 W. 87th Pkwy., Lenexa.
November 4 at 7pm- Hosted by Red Tailed Hawk District. College Church of the Nazarene in the Cunningham Family Life Center on the second floor, 2020 E. Sheridan, Olathe.
December 2 at 7pm- Hosted by Northern Tier District. Overland Park LDS Church, 7100 Hadley Rd.

School Night for Scouting
Don't miss out on the adventure of a life time! This fall the Trailhead District recruits nearly 400 new cub scouts into the program through our School Night for Scouting campaign. Each elementary school holds an informational meeting and sign-up night to introduce families to the program. To view your school's School Night date CLICK HERE.

Webelos Meet the Troop Night
Trailhead will be hosting our 2nd annual Webelos Meet the Troop night! Webelos are invited to meet and greet with local troops to learn more about becoming a boy scout on September 16 & 21! To learn more about the event CLICK HERE.
Training
You have accepted the position as a leader for the youth in your unit. THANK YOU! Now, in order to deliver a quality program, training is an important tool to assist you in your position. Training will help you plan, effective, organized, and FUN meetings. It will make your job as a leader much easier and most importantly keep the youth in the program. Visit the Training Page for more details. In 2010 ALL Den Leaders, Cubmasters, Scoutmasters, Crew Advisors, Team Coaches, and Assistants MUST be fully trained.
